Serengeti Wildebeest Camp is a tented safari camp located in the Seronera Tana Extra area of Central Serengeti National Park. Operated by Tanzania Wild Camps – Serengeti Wildebeest Camp, the property combines the atmosphere of sleeping under canvas with private en-suite facilities, dining services and convenient access to Central Serengeti’s wildlife-viewing areas.
Its location makes the camp particularly useful for travellers spending several nights in Central Serengeti. Seronera is known for year-round resident wildlife and varied habitats, while migrating wildebeest and zebra may also pass through the wider central region at certain times of the year.
The camp is therefore not dependent entirely on the Great Migration. Guests can use it as a base for general Serengeti wildlife viewing, photography and full-day game drives throughout the year.
