Serengeti North Wilderness Camp

Serengeti North Wilderness Camp is a seasonal tented safari camp located in the Kogatende area of northern Serengeti National Park, Tanzania. Positioned close to the Mara River and important migration crossing points, the camp operates during the northern phase of the Great Migration, when large herds of wildebeest and zebra move through this part of the Serengeti ecosystem.

The camp is operated as part of Serengeti Wilderness Camps and is intentionally small, with 10 en-suite safari tents according to the operator’s current information. Its seasonal design allows the operation to position accommodation in one of the Serengeti’s most productive wildlife areas during the migration months while maintaining a relatively light environmental footprint.

Guests stay in spacious canvas tents with comfortable beds, private bathrooms, flushing toilets, bush showers, solar lighting and private verandas. A central dining tent, lounge, small wildlife library and traditional evening campfire complete the classic tented safari experience.
