Day-by-day itineraries

Day 1: Arrival – Arusha Town

Pick up from Kilimanjaro / Arusha Airport and drive to your hotel in Arusha, check in, and drive into Arusha town to explore (depending on your arrival time- free and optional). Arusha City is situated at the foot of Mount Meru and it is the most famous city as a gateway to the Northern Safari circuit. You will overnight at a Hotel in Arusha

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

Pick up from your hotel after breakfast, and then drive to Tarangire National Park and do a morning game viewing. Have a picnic lunch then go for a game drive in the afternoon. The vast number of baobabs will catch your eye as you enter Tarangire National Park. The gently rolling countryside is dotted with these majestic trees, which seem to dwarf the animals that feed beneath them. Herds of up to 300 elephants roam in the park with the migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest, and elands. You will overnight at a Safari Lodge in Karatu town.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will have time to stop at the Ngorongoro Crater “viewpoint”. You will continue to Serengeti National Park. Have an afternoon game drive in the park, and then stop at the picnic site for lunch. The Serengeti is known as one of the best wildlife sanctuaries in the world, especially renowned for the migration of animals. Every year more than a million wildebeest and zebras travel through the park. After lunch, you will do a game viewing on the way to your hotel. You will overnight at a Tented Lodge in the park.

Day 4: Serengeti National park – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, start the early morning game viewing in the park on the way out of central Serengeti to the Ndutu Area. We will do game drives in the Ndutu area in the morning and stop for lunch at a picnic site. Lake Ndutu becomes alive with animals during the migration because it is surrounded by the Ndutu woodlands and the Short Grass Plains, which provide ample cover and food. We will drive through the Ngorongoro Crater rim forest to the lodge where you will spend a night. You will overnight at a Safari Lodge on the Crater Rim forest

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater – Karatu Town

After breakfast, we will drive down the Ngorongoro Crater. Also known as the eighth wonder of the world, this heritage center shelters the most beautiful wildlife heaven on earth. Ngorongoro has over 20,000 large animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino, protected within its rim. You will have a morning game viewing in the crater and then a picnic lunch. After lunch, you will do a game-viewing drive on the way out, and then drive out of the crater through the Ngorongoro Crater rim forest back to Arusha town. We will drive back to Arusha town for an overnight at the hotel in Arusha town.

Day 6: Arusha city – Zanzibar Island

We will pick you up from your hotel and drive to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. We will arrange transportation to pick you up from Zanzibar airport to your hotel. You will overnight at a hotel on the beach

Day 7: Zanzibar Island – Paje Beaches

Your Plan: Your Hotel is located in Paje Beach which is one of the nice beaches in the South Eastern of Zanzibar Island. You can decide what time you would like to have breakfast and explore Zanzibar Island or relax on the beach. The accommodation is based on half board (Breakfast and dinner) to allow you to plan and do some day trips/excursions to explore Zanzibar. You will overnight at a Hotel on Paje Beaches.

Day 8: Zanzibar Island – Paje Beaches

Your Plan: You will have time to relax on the beach or plan your execution by arranging from the hotel or by yourself. The accommodation budget will be based on half board (Breakfast and dinner) to allow you to plan your day without hurrying to come back for lunch. You will overnight at a Hotel on Paje Beaches.

Day 9: Zanzibar Island – Paje Beaches

Day 10: Zanzibar Island – Paje Beaches

Day 11: Departure

Your last day on the beach: After breakfast, we will pick you up from the hotel and drive to Zanzibar airport for drop off for your flight back home or to Kilimanjaro airport to catch your flight back home
