After Tarangire and central Serengeti, three nights are based around Grumeti or another suitable western area.
The Grumeti River is different from the Mara River, and large dramatic crossings cannot be promised. The western corridor also offers resident wildlife, riverine habitat and often fewer vehicles than peak northern season.
7-Day Grumeti River Migration Safari takes you through Tanzania's most celebrated national parks. Each day is a different landscape, a different wildlife encounter.
