Getting There

Lemala Ngorongoro Tented Camp is located on the eastern side of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, close to the crater rim and the quieter Lemala access road. For guests arriving by air, Manyara Airstrip is the nearest airstrip and is approximately a two-hour drive from the camp. Its location is particularly valuable for safari itineraries because guests can descend quickly into Ngorongoro Crater in the morning and can also remain later in the afternoon before returning to camp.
